Newman Cup

Location: East Pilbara Race Club

Newman finds itself nestled at the doorstep of Karijini National Park, offering breathtaking panoramic views from Radio Hill Lookout. Yet, it’s not these scenic wonders that truly define this town; rather, it’s the annual race meeting hosted by the East Pilbara Race Club for the colourful Newman Cup.

The allure of Newman for the weekend extends beyond the racetrack. The camp draft event, where local equestrians showcase their cattle-handling prowess, marked its 25th anniversary this year.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased at the gate upon arrival to the Newman Racecourse as well as online via the link posted on the club’s Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/eastpilbararaceclub
